Skills & Responsiblities
- Develop and execute a dynamic SEO strategy to amplify organic traffic and elevate search engine rankings.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, scrutinizing relevant and high-traffic keywords. Analyze keyword competitiveness and trends to refine content optimization.
- Regularly produce insightful reports on SEO performance, offering strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Enhance the visibility of existing content through meticulous optimization for search engines.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including crafting effective meta tags, header tags, and URL structures.
- Deploy and monitor off-page optimization techniques, such as strategic link building and impactful social media marketing, to bolster website authority.
- Ensure website content is finely tuned for search engines while prioritizing a positive user experience.
- Collaborate seamlessly with content creators to curate high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Proactively monitor website performance, swiftly addressing any technical issues that impact SEO.
- Work collaboratively with the technology team to implement advanced technical SEO enhancements.
- Provide consistent and comprehensive reports to the Head of Marketing, highlighting key SEO metrics.
- Demonstrate proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or other relevant tools, backed by a proven track record in SEO.

- Stay at the forefront of the latest developments and trends in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Conduct regular and insightful competitor analysis to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
- Foster collaboration with the marketing team to seamlessly integrate SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Engage with the Technical Head to gain insights into technical trends and solutions.
- Conduct informative training sessions to elevate organizational awareness of SEO best practices.
- Optimize website content with a mobile-centric approach, recognizing the growing importance of mobile search.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement rigorous measurement of the ROI and success of the website, including tracking website traffic, leads, and sales to gauge the efficacy of SEO efforts.
Nice to Have:
- Possess certifications such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant credentials.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of social media dynamics and branding strategies.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns with precision.
